We don’t know how many members saw Hyatt Gold Passport Vice President Jeff Zidell’s adventures of Jeff and Freddie blog post, which pictured the pair as they posed at various Hyatt locations around Chicago, but it was a fun and creative way to engage members. Customer service isn’t just about solving problems. Spreading cheer and good humor can also be a way to interact with customers. That being said, members say the program provides excellent customer service.

India’s Jet Airways JetPrivilege takes home its second Program of the Year Freddie Award. JetPrivilege was introduced in 1994 and has forged partnerships with airlines across the globe, giving members the ability to redeem miles for destinations worldwide.
