Marriott Rewards, Choice Privileges, Starwood Preferred Guest and Wyndham Rewards are the top four in the Americas for Best Customer Service.

That’s a good one to have, customer service. “Thank you very much to our members for your continued support”.

Yet again, Marriott comes out on top and will be taking home another Freddie Award, this time for the program’s stellar customer service. Elite members, especially, are happy with the ability of the customer service agents to help.

Taj InnerCircle, Starwood Preferred Guest, Accor A|Club and Marriott Rewards are the top four finishers.

Taj is known for going above and beyond for their best customers and those customers turned out to vote in the Freddie Awards.
