The program just barely wins with only a .001 point keeping it ahead of the second place contender, Virgin Australia Velocity. And another program not shown here was also in the running. El Al would have won with their 8.96 value but they only got 1.22 percent of the votes. With 39.67 percent of votes, Emirates Skywards soars to the top with its reputation for clear communication and prompt and effective response to customer concerns.
