Caesars remembers hospitality isn’t a game

Best Customer Service — Hotels, Americas · Caesars Rewards

Here’s where the 2026 Caesars story becomes especially interesting.

Best Customer Service.

A casino loyalty program beat the traditional hotel giants at one of hospitality’s most fundamental categories.

Again.

Caesars has appeared at or near the top of this category before, which suggests we’re past the point of calling it surprising.

The company serves an enormous range of customers.

Hotel guests.

Gamers.

Diners.

Entertainment customers.

Convention visitors.

People who have absolutely no intention of gambling but somehow still find themselves walking through a casino to reach the elevator.

Service has to work across all of them.

Freddie voters said it did.

There is an old tendency to think of casino loyalty as transactional:

Play more.

Get more.

Caesars’ Freddie results increasingly suggest something broader.

The relationship matters too.

That’s hospitality.

Even when there are slot machines downstairs.
