Best Program Newsletter for an airline program goes to Continental OnePass, in another surprise win.

American AAdvantage had taken this category in each of the first two ceremonies. OnePass appears to be gaining strength everywhere at once.

The OnePass newsletter is not monthly. Voters liked something else: the follow-up mailings from OnePass and its partners that arrive between issues.

One footnote, with thanks. Many ballots wrote in FREQUENT itself, and we finished fifth overall among all the programs.
