The third Freddies. Voting ran through the fall of 1990 and the winners were published in FREQUENT in January 1991 — more than 4,400 ballots, from all 50 states and 14 countries.
All programs
1990 ran a single, non-regional ballot. Separate regional ballots did not begin until 1997, and the current three-region structure arrived in 2005.
