ALL is the Hotel Program of the Year in Europe & Africa for 2025.

Familiar territory.

Accor’s relationship with this Freddie goes back years, through ALL and its predecessor Le Club AccorHotels.

Europe is where Accor’s scale becomes impossible to miss.

ibis.

Novotel.

Mercure.

Pullman.

Sofitel.

Fairmont.

Raffles.

And numerous others.

A loyalty program becomes much easier to remain loyal to when there is actually a hotel where you’re going.

Accor has plenty.

But footprint alone doesn’t win Program of the Year.

Members still have to like what happens inside the program.

They did.

And 2025 became even more interesting because ALL also won Program of the Year in Middle East & Asia/Oceania.

Two regions.

Same result.

Apparently ALL travels well.
