Accor’s portfolio stretches from economy hotels to some of the world’s grandest luxury properties.

That makes consistent service a rather complicated proposition.

An ibis and a Raffles are not trying to deliver the same experience.

Yet both live inside the same loyalty universe.

Freddie voters decided that universe took care of them particularly well.

Points can be purchased.

Hotel rooms can be built.

Service still requires people.

ALL had enough good ones.
