Club ITC wins Best Promotion in 2023.

That should not surprise anyone who remembers 2022.

Club ITC had an extraordinary Freddie showing the previous year, including Program of the Year, announcing rather loudly that India’s hotel loyalty market deserved considerably more global attention.

A year later, the program was still collecting hardware.

ITC’s combination of luxury hospitality and a loyalty proposition deeply rooted in its home market has created a particularly engaged membership.

Promotions only work if members care enough to participate.

Club ITC members apparently did.

And then they participated once more.

They voted.
